*The two headshot perks activate once your team is averaging 5+ shoots a month over the trailing three months, or immediately at signing for teams with a proven track record. The annual headshot day books after your first 90 days as a partner and covers up to 25 agents ($50 per additional agent). Every per-listing perk applies from day one. Events are custom-quoted by scope, then your 25% comes off.
