Do your packages save money?

Yes, our four residential packages (Core Photo, Essentials, Media Boost, Best-Value) save $100+ versus buying services à la carte and start at $195. Every package includes virtual twilight, sky replacement, lawn enhancement, and next-day delivery. Use the estimator on the pricing page to build a quote.

Are your packages Zillow Showcase compatible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Essentials and Best-Value packages include the photography, a Zillow 3D virtual tour, and a floor plan that Zillow Showcase and ShowingTime+ require. When you order Showcase, select us as your photographer (search Eli@PickThreePhotography.com); we deliver via Aryeo and handle the Showcase upload, and you upload to the MLS.

What's the difference between AI and traditional virtual staging?

Accepted Answer

Traditional virtual staging ($20/image) is hand-placed by designers for the most convincing, consistent result across angles. AI virtual staging ($6/image, 3-photo minimum) is faster and cheaper but can't guarantee consistent furniture across different angles of the same room.

Are AI video clips included with property videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, property-video packages include up to 3 AI clips free, such as virtually staging an empty room, adding a virtual twilight, or adding people enjoying the pool, kitchen, or living room. Pick any three; additional AI clips are priced per clip and confirmed at booking.

Do you shoot HOA / community amenities?

If you order drone, we'll grab nearby amenities like a pool or park from the air at no extra charge. But documenting a separate amenities building, pool, gym, clubhouse, common areas, etc. (roughly 10 photos at another location), is a $25 add-on, since it's a separate stop and a meaningful shoot of its own.

Do you handle MLS uploads?

We deliver all photos, video, floor plans, and tour links in MLS-ready formats via email. Uploading to the MLS is the agent's or homeowner's responsibility (we do handle the Zillow Showcase upload when applicable).

Question 8

Who retains the rights to the media?

Accepted Answer

All media remains the intellectual property of Pick Three Photography. Your purchase grants a license to use it for marketing the listing, MLS, social, and print. Redistribution, resale, or alteration without written consent isn't permitted; contact us for extended licensing.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We accommodate last-minute and same-day requests when we can, but a few days ahead is best to secure your preferred time, especially in busy seasons. Book online for residential real estate, or call/text (848) 444-1366.

Does someone need to be present during the shoot?

Accepted Answer

No, as long as we can access the property via a numeric-code or SUPRA lockbox with prior consent. If you'd like to be there, that's fine; we just ask that you stay out of the area being photographed so we can work efficiently.

Do basements count toward square-footage pricing?

Accepted Answer

Only finished areas count, unfinished basements and garages are excluded. Our floor plans document finished square footage; if a home quoted at 2,400 sqft reveals 3,000+ finished sqft, the difference applies. Tell us at booking if you're unsure.

How should I prepare the property?

Accepted Answer

Finish all cleaning and staging before arrival: clear counters, turn ON every light, turn OFF ceiling fans, make beds, hide personal items and pet items, remove vehicles from the driveway, and tidy the yard. Download our Home Prep Checklist for a room-by-room guide.

What if the property isn't ready when I arrive?

Accepted Answer

A 0–15 minute delay is no charge. Beyond 15 minutes, a $25 delay fee applies, plus $25 per additional 15 minutes. If the shoot must be cancelled on-site, a $50 fee plus any travel fee applies.

What if the home is empty or unfurnished?

Accepted Answer

An unfurnished home can still look great, and virtual staging shows buyers each space's potential, AI at $6/image (3-photo minimum) or traditional hand-edited at $20/image. It's one of the highest-ROI add-ons for vacant listings.

Can it rain on shoot day?

Accepted Answer

Rain is no problem, interiors aren't affected at all, and we can absolutely photograph exteriors in wet conditions. Our included sky replacement makes the final exterior look like a clear, favorable day. If you'd rather wait for nicer weather, we're happy to reschedule the exterior portion at no extra cost, your call.

How fast will I get my media?

Accepted Answer

Photos, video, tours, and staging are typically delivered within 24 hours. Floor plans can take up to 36 hours. Express same-day delivery is available for photos only (+$75); video and tours can't be same-day.

How are files delivered?

Everything is delivered electronically, high-resolution, MLS-ready photos and live, embeddable tour links, via email/gallery.

Do you offer revisions on virtual staging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Traditional staging allows more specific revisions since it's hand-edited; AI staging has a more limited revision scope. Reach out with any concerns and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

With 24+ hours notice, no charge and we reschedule at your convenience. With less than 24 hours or no notice, a $50 fee applies. If the photographer is already on-site or en route, a $50 fee plus any travel fee applies.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is due within 24 hours of delivery via emailed invoice. We accept major credit cards (invoice link), check, and cash (on-site only). A receipt is emailed after payment.

Do you charge travel fees?

Accepted Answer

No travel fee within 25 miles of Old Bridge (08857), covering most of Middlesex, Monmouth, and Somerset counties. Beyond 25 miles, $1/mile one way on the miles past 25 (e.g. 30 miles → $5; 50 miles → $25). Staten Island has a flat $50 service-area fee (covering travel logistics and scheduling) and no per-mile travel fee, we love working with Staten Island agents and hosts.

Corporate headshots, personal brand sessions, commercial photo and video (events, venues, training, and promotional content), and monthly content retainers for businesses and brands.

What's the difference between a headshot and a brand session?

Accepted Answer

A corporate headshot is one clean, standardized portrait, quick and perfect for a team page or LinkedIn. A brand session is a longer, on-location shoot with multiple looks plus environmental, lifestyle, and detail images, designed to give you a whole library of on-brand content. They're different products at different price points.

How much are headshots and brand sessions?

Accepted Answer

Individual headshots are $200 (up to 3 retouched images, about an hour). Small groups are $150/person (3 retouched each; +$20 per extra image). Corporate teams of 4+ are a $125 one-time on-site setup plus $100/person (2 retouched each, with optional add-ons). Brand sessions start at $750, scoped by looks and locations. We're also happy to shoot graduation, personal, and family portraits on request.

Yes, we run efficient, back-to-back on-site sessions with matched lighting, background, and crop so everyone looks consistent, and we can match new hires later.

Yes, corporate events, venue and space photography, training and onboarding video, and promotional films. Scope and pricing are custom-quoted.

Do you come to our office or location?

Yes. We bring a portable mini-studio to your office or worksite for headshots and team sessions, and we travel across NJ for brand sessions, events, and commercial video.
