From selling homes to making them look their best.
I graduated from Rutgers in 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics, not exactly a traditional path into real estate. But I got my license in 2018 and spent the next few years selling homes across New Jersey. I was decent at it, around 50 homes, but the cold calls and daily lead-gen grind just wasn’t me.
In 2022, I picked up a camera to shoot my own listings. What I didn’t expect was how much I’d love it, not just the technical side, but showing up at a property, problem-solving the light in a tricky kitchen, and delivering photos I knew would genuinely help someone sell faster. By 2023 I was doing it full-time, and I haven’t looked back since.

I keep my license active for one practical reason, SUPRA lockbox access. I don't cold call, work buyers, or prospect for listings. My entire business depends on agents trusting me with their listings month after month.
License is for SUPRA access only
Keeping my license active lets me access vacant listings independently through SUPRA lockboxes, saving agents an extra trip and making last-minute bookings possible.
Not actively practicing real estate
I don't prospect for listings, work with buyers, or take on real estate clients. I've referred occasional past clients to active agents since stepping back in 2023.
