The terms that apply when you book and use our services. Last updated June 5, 2026.
These terms govern photography and media services provided by Pick Three Photography LLC. By booking with us you agree to them.
Booking & scheduling
Shoots are scheduled by appointment. The property or subject should be fully prepared before the photographer arrives. Delay, rescheduling, and cancellation fees are described on our FAQ and apply as stated there.
Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours of delivery via emailed invoice unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods and travel-fee details are listed on our pricing and FAQ pages.
Delivery
We deliver finished media electronically, typically the next business day for real estate media; business media and video timelines vary by scope. Clients are responsible for uploading files to the MLS or other platforms unless otherwise arranged.
Image rights & licensing
All media remains the intellectual property of Pick Three Photography. Purchasing our services grants a license to use the media for marketing the subject property or brand. Redistribution, resale, or alteration without prior written consent is not permitted. Contact us for extended or commercial licensing.
Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific shoot. We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our reasonable control, including weather affecting exterior photography.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
