A builder's photography has a bigger job than a listing shoot. These images sell the home in front of the buyer AND every home you haven't built yet: they live on your website, in your sales office, in brochures and ads for years. So we shoot builder properties the way we shoot luxury listings, flash-composite (flambient) photography that captures the true color of every finish, wide angles that give rooms their real proportions, and detail shots of the craftsmanship buyers pay for. It's a slower, more deliberate shoot than a listing visit, composite lighting room by room, and it shows. Commercial usage rights are included, so the images keep working across your marketing for as long as you want them to.

A listing shoot is built for speed and MLS turnaround; a builder shoot uses flash-composite lighting room by room, takes three to four times as long on site and in editing, and delivers images accurate enough to represent your finishes in marketing for years.
